Welcome to Grassy Oaks
We are a quiet community of 30 homes tucked into Sarasota County’s Alligator Creek Preserve. Our Association provides lawn and landscape maintenance as well as irrigation. Grassy Oaks is conveniently located roughly halfway between historic downtown Venice and the dynamic Wellen Park community.
